jaskel, how is feedback on the flooring done by Enito? did you go for engineered wood or solid wood floor?

I am in process of selecting an ID and really finding it hard to choose an ID. these are the main items i am interested in doing. 1) Dismantle altar prayer cabinet and TV console. 2) Change wardrobe doors in 3 bed rooms. Is it recommened to only change the doors and front facade of wardrobe instead of rep 3) Hack existing kitchen cabinet and supply and install top and bottom kitchen cabinet with granite worktop. Also install stove and basin mixer. 4) Build a feature wall to cover bomb shelter. I don't want any storage in the feature wall, just a beautiful feature wall to cover ugly bomb shelter. http://img21.imageshack.us/g/img3835p.jpg/ 5) Paint whole apartment with Nippon emulsion paint. These are the essential items. Optional items include engineered wood or laminate flooring in 3 bed rooms, overlay floor tiles in common washroom, leveling of balcony to living room level, full hight mirror on the opposite wall of shelter. My main concern is that if I sell this apartment after 3 years or so, I can recover most if not all of the renovation cost.. Would really appreciate your advice and suggestions for ID. Thanks

Is there any visible difference beween engineered wood floor and solid wood floor? Is parquet actually solid wood floor? If anyone is using engineered wooden floor here, would love to hear the feedback and also which company you hired to do the flooring Thanks
