hey saw the photos you put up last week~ beautiful house! can't wait to see it in real on saturday! solution: have a smaller wardrobe so you are forced to give away clothes at least once a year. like me you will need some time to adjust but you will get used to it hahaha if you have 30 tops, you can only get to wear each once a month, which is not frequent actually btw, no offense to anyone here, but i think alkaline water won't be useful, their chemical claim looks funny. don't forget that there is very strong acid in your stomach, so the mildly alkaline water going into stomach will be completely neutralised and have zero effect well just wanna offer my view as a chemical engineer -

15L? i'm using a 15L for ONE toilet with a rainshower and it's barely enough (sometimes not enough for cold days). i think you can still make it if you are using normal shower set and not rainshower. but one thing i'm sure is that for a 15L to be shared with 2 toilets, you definitely can't have 2 pple bathing in these 2 toilets at the same time - 15L won't be enough. so your family members need to stagger their bathing time. this is something you'll have to be prepared for~

for discussion: while i really hope there will be some fresh new opposition voice into the parliament, i'm still wondering what is the real odds for them in this election. it seems to me that although there is so much online buzz going on, many pple still buy into the "scare" tactic by you-know-who. my frens (late 20s~early 30s, the so called "young voters) actually told me things like: > he will want to vote for PAP cos he wants upgrading in future (hello he's in new part of Punggol. upgrading probably needed 15 yrs later) > another one said he worried that PAP cannot form government if pple votes for opposition so he must vote for PAP (just think and you'd know that it's almost impossible for PAP to lose more than 50% of total seat, no matter how good opposition is this time) > then got one told me he scared opposition will "anyhow say things" and mess up the whole parliament (there are also PAP MPs "anyhow say things" in the parliament ). 1 or 2 opposition enough liao, else govt cannot run (again another person who got it mixed up: political party is not govt ). you can see the "scare pple" tactic really runs deep for generations until now that the young pple are still affected. how many of the pple complaining online will actually vote for opposition? how many of those attending rallies eventually cast their votes to the opposition? how many actually want to change? how many actually concerns more about the fresh paint than accountability in the govt? having zero opposition MP in the parliament will be a really sad thing for the nation.

yea agree with gimz. normally the window for opennet installation is around 3 months. if your buyer is taking over the flat within these 3 months, ask them to arrange on their own with opennet (better coordination with their reno i supposed). but if your buyer is taking over after that 3 months, then yes please do them a favour to install now. else they need to fork out $220 to install and they will be cursing why the seller never install (this is exactly what is happening for a few of my friends~ )

i used to have 1.1m by myself, and it was jammed packed too... initially we planned for 2.0~2.4m of wardrobe for both of us, so i no longer need to take out a mountain of clothes just to retrieve a blouse that i wanna wear that day but becos of the small room and toilet at the wrong place... i only have this 1.6m for wardrobe~ well, i suspect i dun have a lot less clothes than you 2, just that situation forced me to squeeze everything into that very limited space i even have to fold my long dresses sigh -
like what you said, it's better to get it done during reno so you can conceal the trunking as for your current house, since you are moving out soon, you may want to inform your buyer about this and let them contact Opennet on their own...

May and Ely should stop complaining your wardrobe size liao... mine is only 1.6m and shared by 2 pple it's jammed packed inside... the depth is only 45cm and i have to stack 2 layers of folded clothes through that depth~ very much like how crowded HK flats are LOL~ someone please console me *sniff* -
wah but you are in Bukit Panjang rite, isn't the Loyang one a bit far....? you can go to the Sungei Kadut IFC outlet... got free shuttle bus from Yew Tee MRT also can go to the Furniture Mall one, big enough for me~

i also no fridge base cos dun wanna constrain the fridge size in future. anyway, 760mm for a 740mm width fridge definitely cannot. clearance not enough for the door to open.

my uncle engineer colleague told me now got iphone app for spirit level meter, quite ok one. dunno how good is it hahaha btw i think Ikea exchange policy is 100 days, not 30 days....? but still need the original packaging lah.
