like some nice bedtime reading~ -
if you get to see my house next time, please help me to think of some brilliant ideas on how to squeeze in more cupboards............

not offered straight after graduation... they "invite" you to apply for PR but need to go through the usual application process i.e. get job first and get employer referral etc.... everyone gets this same letter.
-
i only have 5.5 ft of wardrobe for 2 of us~ :~ i can only see all the big wardrobes here with envy sob sob.... wah still wanna squeeze more things into MBR?? Henry will faint after hearing what you said LOL

if you are concerned, you can tell your contractor/ID to inform the workers to smoke outside of your unit la... or at least away from your tiled area~ btw, on the white solid top, i think you must get one with good brand/quality, cos if you are not using those top brands like Corian or LG Hi-mac, there might be stain issues. and oh ya, welcome to RT~ i used to stay near Bukit Panjang too, it's really a place with a lot of weird road names... hahahaha

i really doubt the part about cleaners getting citizenship easily cos i know of uni grads who can't get PR after numerous tries, and professionals who can't get citizenship and it's funny that English test is compulsory for maids but not for other workers?

eh oh why? i thought Bondi is really pretty... and yea i think he is kinda teddy-bear-like now that you mentioned it. hahaha~ LOL hope i won't get to badly addicted and ya thanks for your advice, sending to office sounds like a viable idea... will ask hubby to consider this hmmm hubby said he read on the FAQ that collecting from post office is not possible? hmmmm maybe he should read again for TCM, while they have herbs to combat specific problems (e.g. sniffing nose), it focuses on a holistic improvement on your health, which is the way to cure illness and boost immunity~ i have yet to try it but going to try soon~ and ya i too feel that the idea of consuming (bitter) herbs is better than receiving daily doses of nasal spray~ but one thing about TCM in Singapore is, it seems to be quite loosely regulated so you should get recommendation from others on who are the good and reliable doctors. i once asked my ENT specialist what is the best solution for my sinus problem. he said i should be allergic to tropical air (which has more fungus floating around), so the best solution is to move out of Singapore hahahaha

LOL i see... well i guess it's better to have the certification in place than have a lot of those half-past-six agents flooding the market?

this scholarship scheme has been in place for ages. one of the scholars that i know, his daughter is already in JC... the difference is last time the scholars were from Asean countries and HK. the PRC secondary school scholarship scheme started in 1995. a few of the first batch of PRC scholars were my classmates~

and btw, sorry i'm gonna make this into an "Ask Ely - your Expert for Online Shopping" column~ we just made our first online purchase on amazon last week kekeke was told by hubby that we can't choose the delivery date and time with vpost, is that true? then isn't it a real waste of resources for them... cos most likely the delivery man won't be able to reach us for the 1st visit, so we have to make arrangement for them to come a 2nd time? then why don't vpost just let us choose the delivery time from the beginning? hmmmmmm..........

hey Ely i must say again.. Bondi is really pretty! he is one of the prettiest cats i have seen~ it's not easy to be an animal lover and an asthma patient - please take good care of yourself~! my hubby had asthma and i have serious sinus problem... the feeling really sucks! btw have you considered TCM treatment for your sinus and asthma?

i cook at least 4 times a week... so that considered quite often, rite? nope i didn't buy a trolley in the end... bought a shelf to put at one side of the kitchen... long space hard to make use lehz. i have briefly considered long long island but feel that it makes the walking space very narrow.... yeah i also would love to have bay window but too bad mine is old old flat no full height window de. i think those living condo will roll eye at what i said cos most of them hate bay windows... LOL
