    My ex-owner did not go for the free OpenNet installation. I have wrote in to OpenNet but they say I need to pay $220. Trying to appeal. Please advise how you appeal?Email to them? If you dont mind can you share what you wrote to them so I can use same method to appeal for free installation. Thank You.
