V cool Impressed by Simon. U really understand the sanding process of wooden floor sanding & restoration. Yes, i learnt it from Mr Wood Varnish surveyor. They did my flooring with stages mentioned above using the 3 diff types machines including Buffering m/c. This One step which other contractors don't do, after talking to few guys. Cheers.

i had my flooring done recently by Mr Wood Varnish. From what i observed the workers need alot training handling big machine, i think the same using belt sandpaper. the other one looks like polishing machine. also there were 3 other smaller sanding machines. don't seem easy to handle [my opinion]. perhaps u can try calling Mr Wood Varnish @ 69656024 more infos

Thanks Soconfused for referral. we did our resale flat parquet flooring with Mr Wood Varnish. They are indeed very professional. All scratches n few repaired pieces look the same after varnishing. These guys are specialist! Not like any other contractors which i experienced before.

hey thanks Soconfused. It's ur comments tt we decided to go for Mr Wood Varnish. This guys exactly what we need for parquet floor polishing job. alot cheaper compared to my ID who quoted me. Their equipment with vacuum alike bags truly amazing n effective.

They are knowledgeable and explained in details every steps n i learnt alot about parquet maintenance too. Never expect our parquet floors cracks/ gaps n damaged pcs can be restored as NEW after job done by them. Highly recommended

I m not very pleased w SOON TIMBER who did my parquet flooring. new floor somewhat similar to old floor & other issues which i was told can be resolved once grind & varnish. Result NOT satisfactory! NOT recommended.

Many thanks for so many advices in Renotalk! Completed my resales flat @ Sengkang simple reno in FEB. Conditions good. Only did painting, aircon & parquet floor repairs + varnish. Got all ref in Renotalk. Classic Color (painting), CoolServer (aircon), Parquet (Wood Varnish).
