Pls help to assess. - Lighting pt / fan point (14nos): $490 (35ea) - Install normal light (29nos): $261 (9ea) - Single 13AMP powerpoint (4nos): $180 (45ea) - Double 13AMP " (9nos): $495 (55ea) - Telephone pt (1nos): $45 - Install ceiling fan (1nos): $50 - Shift lighting / switch pt (3nos): $90 (30ea) - Change MK mega 1way gang switch socket: $25 - " " " 2way gang switch: $30 - Shift SCV pt (1nos): $80 - Shift double 13AMP powerpoint (1nos): $40 - Install powerpoint waterproof cover (2nos): $30 (15ea) - Cooker hood powepoint (1nos): $40 Total: $1856, excluding all the hardware and switches. Opinions pls... Thanks.

    Hi gal, can share with me your electricals quote as I', quoted a whopping $1856 for my S2 unit. The quote does not include any switches and stuff. Pls help...

    hi gal, am planning to purchase the citygas heater and dryer. Am also staying in pinnacle. Any problems with them? Seeing that the heater has to be installed in the yard, would the flame be extinguished easily, every time the wind blows? and am also eyeing on the 6door panansonic fridge... any advice? Thanks.

    hi fencer, Sympathized with u, considering u paid 35k for your reno. But seriously don't think u should do the rectifying works. Cant henry rectify before handover? Tot u liaised with him and not his boss. And seriously, shouldn't the boss do more as his company's reputation is at stake? I am starting my reno works this coming May... Hopefully, my id is better equipped and proactive at offering solutions. Btw, is henry from an id-contractor firm or just pure id?
