U will need BCA approval as you are increasing the gfa of your place. Tts y some ppl build them after the 1st year top of their project. Then BCA won't know. -
i think i know which type of controller you talking about I also just shift into a property about 12 yrs old and using those big bulky controller. You need to open up the back of the controller and see how many mini switches its has. They come in 8, 10 or 12. Then you go to sim lim or any car accessories shop and tell them the type u need. its v easy to set. you jus turn on e mini switches at e back of the controller (same place as e battery) accordin 2 the one you have. But the controller v expensive about $90 each. If the ex owner had lost the controller then u need to borrow ur neighbour,s and check the setting.

My reno done by them. Starting still ok but they take very long to complete my reno so if you can wait then you can consider them. My carpentry and tiling works workmanship not bad. I am not very choosy so if it looks nice and even I am fine. I just don't like their electrician and plumber. They give me the most problems. After doing their work they just leave, never check whether the lights r working whether the tap got water etc. In the end have to ask them to come back and redo a few times. Their electricians are the worse can tell you come in the morning but late afternoon then turn up. I think they are handling too many projects. That's why if you can wait then you consider Ibridge. -
I am also using I bridge for my reno. Still have about 2 weeks left before completion. I believe it's really dependent on who is your ID. So far my reno is ok. Their prices is quite mid range. Not cheap but also not very expensive. I shall wait for my reno to be completed and handed over before I comment further. Otherwise its not very accurate.

I saw at Brighton. I think about 200+ and many colours to chose. They are having sales now so the price might be lower. Go check it out this weekend.

Hi, Their 1988 package is still on till end of the week. I went to the branch at Suntec so many times today to check on measurement and what exchange they can do for me hehe. Their sales staff are really nice and patient and not pushy. Thanks Joyce! The 1988 package includes a sofa (Calypso included) a bed frame + a tv console n kopi table or a mattress. As my house is too small I ended up getting oni the 2 seater module + the ottoman. I exchange the rest of the items for a dinning table + 4 chairs (e new range white table top) My Calypso is also the all black one. I chose this because i think it is the firmest which is better for my aged parents.

Thanks forceguy. I am one of those who recieved a quote from the group buy. I don't think Aron the sales guy is treating this as a group buy anymore rather he had extended the offer to all who ask him to quote using this forum or forceguy as a contact. I had checked out and compared prices for the Panasonic n Mit starmex (all syst 3 inverter) with outlets offering the same model at IMM. Prices are generally cheaper by about $100. Not much I guess. But their service is not bad. The installation guy will turn up on time to check out the layout of your house before Aron gives you a final quote inclusive of piping and installation. I had signed up with them but yet to install as my reno had yet to start. My ID guy told me it was a good price and Aron did not insist on any deposit so my gut feel told me this company not bad. The name of this company does not start or end with Best n I did not c any bad feedback on this forum. Their showroom I think is at Eunos. They only open during office hours so I didn't go down I just confirm the order over the phone and through email. Will feedback more about this when I install the aircon. I am getting the Panasonic as it looks much better than Starmex which I am using in my current house. Starmex is ugly but function well.

Discoburg, OMG so sorry to hear about your bad experience. This firm come highly recommended by my friend and was one of my shortlisted ID. I heard their prices is also quite high because their carpentry is of high quality. I better re-think if I want to use them. I am so sick of searching for an ID -
Hi, Anyone had their air-con installed yet? Mine will only be done in June. Any feedback on their service and quality of installation?
