    Hi...I wanted to bring up the point about mold when I saw your design. Do let me know how easy or difficult it is to maintain it mold free. I have lotsa of issues with molds but realised the best way is to keep the toilet well ventilated and dry...it will keep the green nasty away.

    I like your layout...many possibilities. Like reducing the size of the bedroom 2 to make way for a more spacious maste bedroom. Or replacing the master bedroom toilet walls with glass walls to create open concept bathroom. Anyway..welcome to Renotalk forum!
