    Hi, i need some advice. Does a buyer needs to sign an exclusive with the property agent? If there is no agreement signed, do we still need to pay for the 1% commission to the agent? The agent who has served us is so unethical and has been giving us some problems, can we not paying him the 1% commission? What will be the liability fees incur? Any best solution to handle such case? Thanks in advance for sharing the info..
