From the last time i posted, only seen 2 ids and still reading the forum diligently every nite. 1 of the id has good ideas but got a bad review abt the id from this forum. Thou she has some nice ideas and lowest quote, she was a little late in giving us the layout plan. Another was worse, no sound no pic til many days later. I didnt even return call since was he was LATE in drawing out the quotes! We didnt rush him but he was the 1 who kept repeatedly saying that he will sure give on that day. The first id we saw so far still ok. Been smsing me to see when can meet up, mayb now off-peak for reno so need my business. Quote still the highest so far. We also going to call the famous contractor, Mr Henry to get a quote. I tot at least try and see how is the pricing. BTW any1 else engage 1 inch sq feet before?

May i know who u met at R n R? We also met up with 1 of the id, nice design but price is over our budget. They say can further discuss on the pricing.

Ya, sometimes its the id problem and not totally the co. Anyway, still considering and i also getting Henry from id note to quote. Heard so much gd reviews on hime, must try and see. Its good to save $.

Hi! I als considering getting Henry to do a quote for. Can share how much ur reno cost? Mine is 4 room at AMK, almost doing all the same like urs.

How is ur experience working with contractors? Are they really cheaper than id?

But the O***** C*** id can speak english and also just need to sms me to say that the quotes are ready, can meet up. Sigh... Guess we have to be more patient with them.

Still sourcing. So far talked to 3 IDs, Rezt & Relax, ***** & 1 inch Sq Feet Studio. Highest quote is r & r, comfortabe with id. ***** told me that tue he will sure call me and i said to sms me if i didnt pick up calls (due to my job,I'm not able to pick up calls at times). Got 1 missed call but no sms. Fed up, if such simple instructions cant be followed or cant keep ur promise, how to trust u with my hse reno??? Lastly is 1" sq feet, lowest quote and the id has lots of ideas so far and creative but got some feedback abt this id so now considering. Should I tell the id straight in the face abt the negative feedback and tell her we want no nonsense if she wants our business? Or just continue with our search. A bit sian and tired already. Never think that searching for id is so tedious.

Hi armypig, who was the id in charge of ur hse? Is it Jeremy the boss? I know reno sure got hiccups but is ur id fast in response and respnsible? Seems like u are quite pleased with ur id during the whole reno process. Hope mine will be smooth smooth too.

Nice 3d drawing, I like the MBR design. For the divider, i like the 1 with some glass on it. I think is the 1st design. For us, we sent our fl plan to 4 id firms, 2 got back. Looks like i must be more diligent.

Some pics i took when we signed the OTP Living room Bedroom 1, my gals' bedroom in future Shoe cabinet MBR Kitchen, thou the cabinets were only 2 yrs old but doesnt suit our theme so it has to go.
