This is the fridge that I'm buying, eyeing for a F&P fridge but over budget. Never mind, cos this model has freezer below as well.

Ya lor, cant be leh, unless the catalouge wrong or the person doing the capentry didnt do a gd job. She also called me abt my fridge size, ask whether correct size or not cos it was very small. The width like the size of oven. We seldom cook so buying a real small fridge. Wanted to get something like urs but husband said too big, nothing to put inside. Later i meeting May to finalise some stuff on the variation order.

My FSM gave me either 20th or 24th Jul, we chose 24 cos its a Sat. So exciting right? Its 24 days more (if u dun count in 2day la) Talking abt that, i haven buy my WC and sink. Which kitchen sink did u all get? One big sink, 2 hole type of sink (1 big + 1 small)?

U can use brandt induction. Very sleek, but out of my budget. Or electric hob.

i think re-wiring is to change all wires and join the wires again.

ya lor so so ex. Initially May was saying mine almost the same as urs. The electrician said mine got to re-wire thats why so high. Yup, trying to cut down the number of down lights. I dun need those hi-end type of switches, just big and easy to use can already.

Congrats! Finally got ur keys, ya once the reno starts, lots of things to decide and finalise. But also means nearer to ur sui sui home.

We received a big big bomb today. We received our electrical quotes, it was $40xx! Much much higher than we expected. We were ready to fork out $2k, or close to $3k. Already over-budget for our reno so want to cut cost. Any idea if i dun re-wire is it ok? In the quote, this was stated. '17. Supply Schneider Electric Designer switches/sockets/outlet. (01 lot) $238.00' Was thinking shd i get on my own or the electrician to get it for us. Trying to save as much as we can.

i also faced the same situation when i was shopping for ids, most of the time is the adding on to the height of the flooring after overlay. So in the end, we didnt hack, we kept but overlay laminates in 2 bedrooms.

aiya sam jie, i got to handover my keys to my buyer on the 11th already. So we cant see each other, in fact after 11th we not 'neighbours' anymore. Will miss this peaceful kampong, the cool LRT rides ... But luckily my wkplace nearby so still can come back to eat otah and lim teh. I can still pop by ur place on weekdays.

Any1 knws if i can removed my existing water storage tank from my old place to the new hse? Cos i like my present 1, small and neat. The ceiling in old hses are very low so dun want to get too big tank.
