We replace two tiles as these tiles' edge was a bit wrong doing, the worker, from China, actually knock off the near by four pc and replace the two. total I think he replaced 6 pcs This workmanship is perfect only that the replacement tile is a bit darker then the original as these are the second batch of the shipment. I think the replacement for these tile is not as simple as a layman think, actually I saw the worker had grind a bit smaller to place the tiles and the workmanship really play a part.

I recommend 707 brand. I bought the protek model at $220 about 1-2 yr ago and it was good. Previously I bought a cheap Techo about $98 or $120 and it just last about 1-1/2 yr and it become very hot/steaming at the starting which I have to change it. 707 has a cheaper version " compact" but the sprayer is not as good as the protek

There are few light shops at BLK 353 Jurong east, u can easily see them when u drive along Boon Lay Way toward city. I got my light and fan from one of the shop but can't remember which one as they look alike. As for heater, if u are going to buy instant water heater, I recommend the 707 protek which give quite a steady water temp., I got it from the electrical shop at blk 500+ Jurong west market at $220. However, I do not know whether it support rain water. Last time I bought a cheap sub $100 Techno water heater and it spoil about 1 year 2 month time. The way it spoil is quite terrified as it will give up almost boiling water instead of hot water in the very first 5 to 10 second.

just bought a miele S2121 from Harvey Norman at $328 with a free filter bag, with $67 for another 3 year warranty and it now come with 5 year warranty, it is a very basic vacuum cleaner as my house do not have carpet and I think it can done the job well. After unbox and it is well and solid build, and work well although I believe it is built in china. Very satisfy with it. Completely different from my previous Aerogaz cheap vacuum which the hose broke after half year of usage and motor die before one year of use.

I had a Tecno instant water heater , model is TWH 48 or something like that, about 1 - 2 year, recently I found that when I turn off the tap, the led light still on for about half an min and then it went off. When I turn on the tap later, the water was very hot and even had steam. I only worry it may explode as it seem to heat even it is off. I off the power and took out the cover and checked, it looked alright internally, when I turn on the tap and off it, the flow switch did activated. Anyone know what is going wrong ? Thanks in advance.
