Hi all, Please note that the Samsung Washer spare parts are not Available for purchase unless service my their technician only. My washer door handle crack and the parts cost about 6 pounds based on the UK website. In Singapore it cost S$25+GST and $80 for the technician to come by and replace. The rule is too stupid. I told the customer service that my Mitsuibishi aircon thermostat sensor spoil and I can get the parts at Mitsuibishi service center no question ask. Sigh!! I guess I have to order from UK while I used metal to temporary fabricate the door handle for my washing purpose till the parts come.
