pse call me when you are starting to sell the wings and hotdogs. ha just like what the Oracle has prophesied, "Everything that has a beginning has an end" Is inevitable.. ha

you have my undivided support on this strategy cause I belong to this brave school of thought too. just like seemingly the whole universe or galaxy cannot agree with us buying an EA as we are a young couple. i feel that if you have done enough research, have more insights to why you wanna do certain decisions or that the inner voice inside is louder that whatever sentiments outside.. choose to do it like nike - Jus Do It the staining could be due to pallet that was used to hold the marble. i.e the back of the marble is already resting on some contaminants from the saw dust from the pallet, rusty nails etc during delivery. there should be proper wipe down with a damp cloth to remove any contaminants prior to installation. if not, the stains could surface on the marble front (due to natural marble being porous) after coming into contact with the moisture from the adhesive. for now, look for stain removing agents meant for marble (PSE DO NOT USE ANY HOUSEHOLD HARSH CHEMICALS as that might damage the natural marble) like aquamix (the company carrying it is call floormedics) or faber chemicals. hope it helps! OMG... pse, do without the name long island. doesnt do justice at all! I shall aptly name it THE infinity island!!!! I luv it! I will be doing a kitchen island as well. all is nice but we're not so lucky as you to only have a "stiffener". ours is really a column that we seemingly can't do anything about it! henceforth, I will be stalking your blog. Ha!

i remember my wife and I was discussing that we need to plan and plan ahead when we signed on the dotted line for our EA during february.. the reno loan, the reno itself, the id, the furnishings.. and i went nonchalantly saying that hey... time is our side what... indeed, t i m e i s o n o u r s i d e.............................................................. 7 July 8.30pm - final inspection 8 July 3.15pm - 2nd appt now, everything is sinking and moving in in epic proportions time is on our side, not. ha

apologies for the late reply. I just pmed you. apologies for the late reply too. I just smsed you.

hey hey... now that's why you need the build in oven huh yea, can imagine the frustration jus to break the work-top and box up those pipes. the kitchen is fine.. but I will be plain stubborn and jus keep to a linear kitchen set-up by having the fridge beside the tall unit and that's it. i.e sacrifice some cabinets. seems neater this way i feel. suppose there's another area for the laundry then?

user experience... for crying out loud, pse don't watch p o r n with that! it'll land on your face or at least feels like it wahahahahahaha

that's why i am considering now too.. ya ya, maybe by the time 4D is out and getting popular and 3D is obsolete. hahahah

THAT i can relate.. that low almost inaudible rheumatic blading wind sound when all the fan 6 are operating at full speed in a C class ward. ha
-

-

-
how's the weeked everyone? I may switched from Brandt to Bosch after seeing how Germany played. wahahah anywayz.. after catching only like 4 hrs of slp today, both wife and i met up my id today early in the morning to see the few changes in the drawings and I broke the news to him that I want to plant a ceiling fan in the living room... maybe coming frm id field, it was almost like a taboo to him and he went, "whhhhhhhhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy". really quite funny! so imagine i told him i see many 5 roomers have not 1, but 2 ceiling fans in the living room!! I tell you.. he was on the verge of suffering from a stroke the harakiri came straight when i told him my choice... KDK. hahahahahaha i like ii and iii but wife is also on my id's side of camp citing that kdk is hospital fan.
-
yea, an ailen fan it seems straight from twilight zone. ha yea, i was thinking hard where I would put it if I have one. seems a neck tad too short though. but still, is an art piece man very true! ha
-
but then you have to put it on a table right? definitely quite a statement and head turner too! how much to buy one? was browsing through the forum and saw another interesting sight... Sycamore fan
-
hmm... 5 yr warranty on what? outdoor unit? indoor unit?
-
say for the love of mosaic in showers... consider using a epoxy based product to do the grouting. epoxy is very resistant to dirt and grim, chemical attacks etc.. i mean if you consider epoxy based grouting is used in heavy industrialised kitchen, i think u get the drift eh eh, where did i reply to this before ah? hahaha
-
oh pse don't stop.. am turning quite a pet-lover now with all the cats and dogs discussion. hahaha
-
repeat the same stuff not so bad.. the worse is trying to pretend you don't know much about reno and being hopeful that the id knows his stuff well by clarifying those points. i got sick, so SICK after 6 IDs

haha, so long if i pick up strong interest frm this forum for the same tv or av i want, i dont mind! after all, is all for the cheaper goods! ha you're welcome. like i said, all done for the cheaper goods and so long I am not misunderstood! haha QUICK UPDATE FOR THE REST OF THE PARTICIPANTS FOR THIS GROUP BUY anywayz.. slight change of plan. our alan now is at Mega's United Square but no worries, pricing are intact as per what I emailed you all yesterday. for those who have asked for Alan's contact via PM or smses, i have gotten his permission and will forward you all his contact one by one. as for me, this coming weekend would be too rush for me and i prefer shopping on a weekday. so i think i will drop by on the weekdays next week to make my purchase instead hope it helps and happy shopping!
