as mentioned, we stayed the longest in Bacera. wife and i also spotted our next selection of basins based on specs given by id. finally, a decent 410 x 410 basin for common bath as for mbr, i choose she choose designly, i think my selection is nicer cause i find the lines are easier on the eyes and softer but d a r n, my choice is much more expensive. ha! till saturday then when my id will give his final piece before we confirm the buy.

our water closets for mbr hunting took us to royal franco, universal union and bacera rainyesterday. disclaimer: not the usual packages and is a little irritating expensive. royal franco has the regular packages but the uncle and us didnt really click so was a matter of ask and go. and yet again, the exact same wc design we want for our common toilet is from another brand, this time round Magnum. brutally honest after hearing from so many sales uncles and aunties? they' all PRC made lei.. over at universal union, some hope offered as we spotted 2 that caught our eyes for the mbr IXISS Velin Johnson Suisse - i almost jumped when i rested my bum on it cause it was really not comfy at all! and it was a unheard one in RT - Bacera that we stayed the longest and was served by a nice lady who took time to really toured with us in this 2 storey shop. plentiful of wcs and basins designs to look at and it was there our eyes set on this; Arino WC-Caprio - with Giberit (does it work for wcs? tot meant for concealed sys only) system interrupted by another sales, the nice lady excused herself and kept apologising during the almost half an hour wait for her to finish that sales. doesn't matter cause wife and i really simulated and dry-run our big business by sitting at the wcs we want for the whole duration of waiting. confirmed the sitting is definitely comfortable. is the price we're not comfortable with. all above $350 per piece for the above HAIZ...

hey hey hey........ finally huh! And so it begins...The Extreme Makeover remove all the window grills AGREE! and i'm prepared to get all the nagging Cornices and ceiling lights way too 'busy'. AGREE! enough is enough. less is more Bedroom Door - going to just stain it and change the handles. AGREE! Master Bathroom - also needs major overhaul - first to go, the bath tub. AGREE! concentrate on a gd rain shower! am bloody convinced that many owners previously went to buy the tiles together, LIKE REALLY TOGETHER. otherwise, why is every ex owners used almost the same kind of tiles! hey there.. hope am nt too late to spread the gd news ard! got my pana sys 3 non-invert with upgrades from aron at the jurong east roadshow cheaper than above and more NTUC voucher than above. haha.. it really sweetens the deal now. btw, i did a check at found out that at "all best" still can get you cheaper but knowing how "good" the workmanship and service is, I cam running back aron to close the deal! ha

mates, sorry if this is repeated discussion. went ard and saw so many 258, $268 and $288 bowl + sink package that is going ard. already quite decided but a sales lady cautioned us bout buying the likes of baron or crizto citing that the flushing is no gd or easily glazed wc and advised us to go with at least a johnson suisse. similarly, shops selling baron or crizto packages mentioned that the flushing sys inside is the same as say a johnson suisse.. is salestalk i know... but for those who have bought from either baron or crizto and is still using til date, care to comment if it's true?

the past few days, i had no eyes for RT and seemingly, i now find it weird to see toilet bowl filled with water. cause for days, my eyes have accustomed to see just only dry bowls without water and all i can make out from a toilet bowl is a just S or P trap. ha so sitting on toilet bowls we went on the weekend and all in all, from then till now.. we had covered heritage, poh joo, poh seng, asia excel, ssc, home & bathroom and etc.. and boy are we sure familiar with the $258, $268 and $288 bowl + sink package that is going ard. but all that changed when we at home & bathroom. citing poor flush system or easily glazed toilet bowl, the lady boss actually hoped for us to choose a Johnson Suuise for its reliability. so in the end, we can't decide again and did not buy yet. anyone been using the Baron or Cruizto from the package? any comments or review till date? Baron bowl - single peice with simple clean design Johnson Suisse - at min, a $100 - $150 cost differnce but more reliable and more luxurious feel i think as for the common bath room sink, we know we are courting trouble and almost can hear both side parents breathing down our neck if we chose the one on the right. but yea, likely we are choosing the one on the right. ha!
