Hi everyone, I just got my new home and found that a part of the mater bedroom is probably termited infested. This was previous covered by the previous owners furniture. Can i check a few things? Do i have to removed the whole parquet flooring? Can the repairs be claimed against the previous owners? Hopw much does it cost to get rid of the termites? Please helps. Thanks, Sarah
