After so so so long busy with moving in, buying staff, Fasting month...upcoming hari raya... Finally, I managed to squeeze some time to take photos of my new home with some furnishes... Let's start with the living room - Look at my new sofa...We bought Mocha colour with matches the whole colour concept. PERFECT! Mind the lightings are ENERGY SAVINGS..Used 3W LED light...with same 50W halogen effect... Ignore the horse at the centre..It is my boy's 1year birthday gift.

Finally, I had moved to my new home fully since mid July I think... By then, not much things are in... Until now.. Still pending to buy a few more stuffs... check out my updates in my blog below...

So there will be discussion between both of you...Add this omit there and etc before going to the final final quote... Before placing your deposit, if you have your keys already, bring him over to your place for site survey and to have accuracy of actual quote.. Then went he sent you the revised quote, go thru with him to ensure one by one of your requirements are captured.
