i dunno about this new flats but what I knew is that normally for tiling works, it is inclusive. Why don't you make enquiry to HDB under renovation from contractor regarding about this issue. YOu can obtain the no from the HDB website under the renovation page.

And some other accessories. Hari raya is coming this Friday. It is sure a great time to celebrate at my own home
