Bought 2 Crestar fans (different model) @ Balastier Road. Paid another $80 each for remote control. Price is reasonable and the installation fee per fan is $30. The contractor also help me install 4 kdk baby fan (@$30 each) I bought from another shop as the shop in Balastier do not sell KDK. I think the installation is reasonable as the shop where I buy the kdk fan wanted to charge me $55 for per fan installation.

Hi, I also bought a EA resale recently in Sengkang. Your EA is much bigger than mine @ 134sqm. Got the key recently and now undergoing renovation. The house we bought is fully done up with move in condition. However we do not like the flooring and we level up the balcony and the hall as well. Basic layout. Renovation work: 1) Hacking and re-tiles the floor 2) Wardrobe for bedroom 3) Polish bedroom floor 4) Painting Expect renovation completion date - 26th June.
