i saw the posting too.... yesterday nite went to DYI shop... lucky! i hvnt buy any lock yet... so i guess need to lock the gate 24/7....

not so soon..... leh... not much picture taken.... still hvnt upload to the pc... juz a minimal reno was been done... .... will be moving in on friday... hopefully the lifts wont jammed pack....

u can call us Bart or Cdah... hehe... coz me n hub share this accnt wow thats near... im staying at 1F got the key in dec09 did attend for the key ceremony.... start to do reno a bit later due to last mins finalisation on the concept of the hse... cnt make up my mind... thnks for the infor... will do some recce soon...!!! Cdah wow so many aircon... well my hse facing the afternoon sun... so start frm 3pm the sun start coming in so guess the best solution is to fix the ceiling fan... hehe... 24/7 aircon a bit XXXX... Hi... im newbie here... guess im still not to late to wish Happy Chinese New Year to all!!!! i got a unit at duxton!! now still under reno... 95% ready... will be moving in early march... seem like all the unit fix celing fans in the room.... mine too!!! still new in this forum... btw juz asking... is there wet market around the area walking distance... hv not yet explore the area yet!!!
