a friend of mine just mentioned that its actually ok to put the fridge next to the oven.. as we're not baking everything.. maybe once a mth to keep in goin.. haiz. haiz.. if i were to change the design.. i wont know where else to place the fridge.. its already done.. my MIL bought that built in oven for me.. so that i can start learning baking.. hehehehe

nope.. havent ask her yet.. will do so tomorrow.. cuz she'll be at the unit to inspect..

nice nice .. do u have cove lite too? i see that u have ceiling fan there.. May advise me not to put the ceiling fan due to the cove lite layout.. but i badly want a ceiling fan..

Hi.. Its best if you can post the pic of of the lightings.. As for the downlights.. there're a lot of models.. i mean the casing designs.. For mine.. just a plain white casing design.. 18W x 2 cost SGD19.90 each.. Usually downlight required alot to be put up.. so must multiply the gross amt x the qty.. For mine.. i just settle for 10 points.. If you have the budget.. then go ahead.. cheers

Hi Aida.. we re-used back the old door, the door will be given a fresh re paint.. our contractor will re-install back the door for us.. for the toilet PD door.. it cost SGD299.00 per door plus installation.. cheers.. btw.. how's yr hm getting along?

One question : Anyone had their built in Oven cabinet built this way? where the rack for the oven is lower than the counter top? WIll the side drawers be affected?? will there be heat transmitted out from the oven? IS it ok for the fridge to be place next to it? I didnt think much of it till my husband starts asking me these question.. this is my first time having a built in oven.. HElp... This is the pic of my cabinet soon to be ready..
