The kitchen is too small.. i was thinking of making the previous store room location as the dining area so that the living rm will remain spacious.. My total reno will cost us about SGD31K++ .. haiz.. but i really like their services the best after going after 4 ID/COntractor while asking for qoutations.. and my husband doesnt wish to source out further.. Anyway, since we've taken the unit key.. its time consuming if we still want to delay to go around asking for further qoutes..

Hi Gal_mama its at Hougang ave 8, The MBR and the common toilet are of the same size, but when measure, i dont think the shower screen can fits in. Am thinking of forgoing the vanity sink in the MBR just to make way for the shower screen.

Hi, We've just purchase a resale flat. Seems like we need major renovation to revamp the toilet, kitchen etc. We also need to rebuild the storeroom which has been hacked down by the previous owner. It 'll be appreciated if you can help to qoute on the works to be done. Plus adding false ceiling at the living room door. We'll only get the keys in 2mths time. So right now, we're sourcing high and low for a reliable contractor / id who'll able to give us their best qoutes. Please help!!
