its been awhile.. so how's the progress anyone who had taken up TIP?? Pls update ley!!

Its the balloting type.. HDB will usually release these flats.. repossessed flats .. or those rejected BTO flats taken up by couples who can cancel the applications etc.. its the only only flat available that time for selection.. if i didnt take up the offer, my future application will be affected so I just took it since its cheap and juz next block to my MIL..

The Proposed Layout : The store room will be rebuilt in between the MBR and Bedroom 3. The old storeroom location will be the dining area and the narrow kitchen door will have to be hacked down.. thus i assume my kitchen will be a open concept kind!! any suggestion before i confirmed this layout?? Next appt will be on Wednesday with my ID..
