i can feel yr excitement.. my gf is looking for a new home and came across this seller at pasir ris asking for SGD70k COV just because the flooring is marble but the condition of the rest of the hse is quite bad.. so i assume marble flooring is an asset.. hehehe

Mine is at Ave 8 nearer to Ave 2, near Bowen Secondary.. i grew up in Old Airport rd and now still at Old Airport rd.. maybe till end of this month then I'll be a Hougang residence.. am not sure on the development which u've mentioned.. hehehe..

i've always wanted a flat in sengkang.. but i got hougang instead during the balloting..

she was qouted ard 600++ for the movers services.. not inclusive of the $1.00 per box refundable upon returning them back..

My friend made use of movers during her shifting hm.. she was charged a dollar each.. but its refundable if she return all the box after the moving..

she will come with you to choose the lightings.. but we chose to go on our own.. so that we can survey and compare the prices

yep.. agree.. she mentioned she's having a commercial project on goin.. so alot of things on her mind rite now.. but since we communicate often.. any leftout will be rectified soon.. just make sure she write down in notes.. hehehe

the marble flooring look nice.. it'll be a waste to hack them.. am thinking of dropping by at hommage one of these days too.. maybe after we've moved in.. cashflow running dry already.. hehehe
