hi To get blum pricing, u can always request via email to them. Their response is quite prompt. I purposely show it to my tobe ID, so that they wont charge me too much. . But one ID, I talk to mentioned they can get 10% discount off the price. Better still.

Hi Just bought a resale flat, due to the fact owner is always overseas, her stainless steel countertop kitchen (2x5ft) very new. But the design is not to my liking, so now hoping to find company that buy in 2nd hand stainless steel. Lot of ppl said kalang guni ... but definitely will not get good price. my tobe ID mentioned I could at least get a few hundred for it, so better dont ask him to throw away. saw in newspaper to www.ahseng.com.sg, plan to ask them. anyone know any? :( thnx in advance

Hi Mctan can PM me Kelvin contact as well ? thnx -
yup, u need to do that, meaning decide on where exactly where to put them. Those ID I talked to so far, remind me several times on this needs. Some even advise me to make thing easier, simply have the backsplash covers until below the socket & the remains just laminate. But I find it will look ugly. Still in planning stage.

hi all visited silestone yesterday, the salesman gave one idea that I never thought off, using marble/tiles as feature wall. I know it going to be expensive. Just wonder anyone did it before ? I am currently planning for my house, so just wanna to do something non woody for my tv feature wall. thnx

Hi For blum/hettich look & feel, u can also drop by Classic Furniture showroom at Tg Katong Mall (I think level 3). They got the hinges, runner, tray, pull-up etc. Pricing wise definitely more expensive than u source it yourself.
-
Hi Lumeira at Furniture mall, qoute me around $200+ (mirror + one drawer) yesterday. But mirror is not slide-out, just like a typical cover for the internal "pigeon hole", in other word it is always facing u when u open the wardrobe door. Hope u can visualize.

Hi Based on my understanding as long as the tempered glass is around 6mm thickess, it should not cause any problem with heat. Classic furniture quote me with 6mm tempered glass. Unless someone knock it with hammer Do take note those power socket need to be cut in advance by the factory before installation.

When down to silestone today, didnt manage to find to Jessica (on-leave) but got entertain by her colleague named CK. He did a good service of guiding me & wf around their showroom (4th level). Gave free sample of the selected silestone. Quite patience, even initiate to show us around on tiles+marble+limestone+granite, plus some tip on what the latest "in" design nowaday wow silestone quartz is really different. standard (plain) around $150 pfr / 20mm thick, premium $190 (with shining/polished), leather look (230++), platinum (260++). Total countertop (10ft) alone already cost me (with installation, silicon etc) around $2700. btw, silestone is from spain & max length is around 3m, so extra will have to join then u get extra line on your countertop. why 'cos cant get into hdb lift unless u owned landed property. FOC 80mm - backsplash cut hole - $80 cut hole for undermount sink - $100 'cos need to mould edge No discount. Granite around $2000+/-. Earlier visited classic furniture at tg katong mall, served by Patrick. Not pushy. Did some recommendation on 10ft. carpentry (Wall 7ft + Base 10ft) with shining laminate - $2750 countertop granite (145pfr X 10ft) - $1450 glass backsplash (6mm tempered, $50pfr x 10) - $500 , other than white/black color add $5pfr FOC item - 3 hettich drawers + 1 cutlury tray + handles + hinges blum motion Total = $4700 (before 6/7% discount - but i guess that is to cover the GST) Does this sound like a reasonable deal ? but classic dont carries silestone :( pfr = per foot run
