  1. Hi At a glance it is reasonable, even cheaper than mine. anyway, I assume u had did your research on your ID before u post this info. U may wanna to make sure the ID can hand-over based on your require date. what is the payment like 30/30/30/10 or 10/40/40/10? Also make sure u got "chemistry" with the ID.
  2. Hi folks So far this is what I consolidated from renotalk. 1. Basicdeco link 2. Huper Optik 3. Sunshield link 4. llumar (Window cool) - OEM for 3M link 5. v-kool link 6. jestac 3M link The list is quite overwhelm Basically, I plan to install solar film to reduce heat for my full height living room window (est 3x3meter).see here est cost from jestac is around $600.00 - $900.00. Too expensive in my opinion. So I wonder whether anyone can help to recommend something similar that is as effective as 3M. My budget is < $300, doable ? thnx in advance
  3. hi do let me know the outcome. btw, make sure u compare apple to apple, meaning same model. 'cos after visiting so many suggested shop, really got headache choosing the right one. been to asia excel, gr link, lite fusion, uned bathroom station, huffarri, indulge (at balestier - missing/cant find shop), sim seong choon . btw, I had not buy anything yet, need to bring ID along to make sure he comment on the measurement before purchase. wont wanna to waste if doesnt fit later.
  4. Hi If I recall properly he mentioned to me it is anti-slam but definitely not blum. U can always confirm with him. anyway, I saw one other ID did blum anti-slam very badly, it cant even close properly. So if u are going for blum, u better get the ID to show u some existing project. Else u will be wasting your precious $$$$. btw, adrian showroom at lavendar, do have blum system. for my case, I only do blum on the "necessary" drawer and dish holder cabinet ... on tight budget. Rest using Adrian's default hinges.

  9. Hi Try visit GR Link (Jalan Besar - opposite of the food market) or Lite Fusion (Upper Serangoon - same building as Ideal House) , they do have some baron and crizto on display. price wise almost the same. Guideline given to me, for 'power' flush, buy those with water saving 2 tick or lesser.
  10. Hi If I wanna to setup rain shower (MBR) & normal shower for common bathroom, between citygas storage heater and joven 25l electric storage heat which one is better ? GR link's friendly uncle told me not much different, the only thing I wanna to worry is whether the water pressure is good for my unit. Btw, I am at the top floor, so he said top has the lowest pressure. can anyone advise ?

  19. floor are all granite ... so decided not to replace. That why I willing to pay high COV Initially, I wanna to do a low wall behind sofa but after discuss with my "heng-tai", they said can just stick rubber underneath the sofa. Imagine those rubber use to put your handphone on your car dashboard, so that it wont slip. Just cut & stick to the sofa leg will do. It work fine for one of my buddy carpet. Save $$$ ya cool software, did u see the reflection of the dining table on the wall mirror ? I drawn it exactly based on my layout. Now I can suggest to ID on how big is the wardrobe, dressing table I need
