Go to best denki/courts find the model u like then call them to compare price. Do take note, no installment.

Hi froggy For blum drawer, avoid installing S1 drawer, S2 & above is ok. I find mine, S1 height a bit too low. Wanna to change to S2 but unable too as carpentry works is done.

Hi sgnick, Mine piping is also behind my MBR wardrobe ... foresee there will be problem if need servicing, but no other choice for me. anyway, if this is the only option u have, just minimize the connecting/joint pipe part around that area, As that is one of the high possible leakage area (water etc). Hope gain city contractor will entertain u on this request

ok, now for thing need to be fix MBR vanity not suppose to have swing door ??, I asked for sliding door previously due to concern might hit wc or door in future. solution: ID acknowledge the fault & will change to sliding door So far ID is prompt on resolution ... so just worry problem may increase timeline ... target completion end of June & move-in jul 5th .. wish me luck

More carpentry works done but with some problem Ok, let's start with the positive part Shoe cabinet & kids l-shape storage - completed kdk ceiling fan, suspend book shelve, feature wall & tv console - completed. downlight misalignment to be fix by ID next week MBR wardrobe & dressing table - completed MBR vanity - completed

hi all Need some feedback on solar film vendor, I had got qoutation from v-cool (ique) $950, jestac (3M) $1.2k & windowcool (llumar) $700 for my flat based on my requirement, high heat resistent. As windowcool is the cheapest I plan to sign up with them this week 'cos grille will be up next friday. Anyone know how is their service ? So far, based on my experience this few days, their response is slow ... need push via sms, email & call to get quotation after site measurement & still waiting for revise one. Even after I told them, I am interested & wanna to know their earliest schedule ... still have to wait. just worry on their quality of work though they mentioned "no sub-contracting of work". anyone ? thnx

Hi sam ya I know ... sob sob. Due to tight timeline & no time for micro monitor the progress, decided to give to ID to do it. In fact, got lower quotation ($840) previously, but no click with that other ID. Outsourcing/planning of solar film, ceiling fan, air-con, curtain installation is already find it quite tedious.

hi all here my final updates ... for my whole 5rm flat (est 95sq/ft window area) windowcool llumar (65% heat resistent) - $705 jestac 3M (clear prestige series) - $1.2k + $60(transportation if < 100sq/ft) v-cool ique (clear series) - $950 tempted to do llumar ... but so some negative feedback on service plus response is not prompt. Need to settle this week.

Hi froggy What I meant was ... RB 3CG is too width for my small kitchen ... if I installed it, I need to cut out a big piece/hole of my ex granite countertop, so end up only few meter of granite seen only. Nothing to do with it material spoiling the granite top ... no worry.

Hi Here some updates after teleconf with ID, 1. kitchen boxup will be rectify after kitchen cabinet is up 2. Door frame paint will be rectify during 2nd painting 3. Obvious uneven ceiling & wall will be rectify during 2nd painting 4. grille will be up next friday, so need to get solar film installed before then. 5. Shower screen & sink installation is in progress 6. Mover (helpinghand) booked for jun29 - ID mentioned may need to delay a bit. 7. carpentry will start this week 8. existing rough veneer door surface to be paint with sealant 9. clipsal switches need to be install this week other - kdk fan installation this wednesday - Chasing the solar film contractor now. jestac (3M) had sent as per communicated. Just awaiting for windowcool (llumar) to decide. pressure pressure piling up ... should I take leave or not ... in fact I got a microsoft project for this, dozen of items still incomplete ... existing flat handover in jun21, so need to rent from new owner for at least 1/2month ... wf friend's already start asking when is house warming ...

hi lilith yup 2 coats, that my ID standard. i believe diff ID/contractor have their own standard. Sealant, I think dont have. I was there when they did it, they just paint the color on the wall. Frankly, my 1st coat is not nippon, some cheapo paint called maxlite. Didnt do plastering since ID mentioned he can do patch up for those obvious area for me. Will remind him again 'cos wf n me saw certain area especially around the lighting. anyway, my bro-in-law who did commercial plastering, mentioned no matter how good the plastering (used net, plaster n polish etc ) done, few months down the road, u will definitely see some hair line crack. maybe b'cos hdb nowaday build flat in "lego" style. hope this help, sorry not so expert in this area
