Latest info from my property agent: Owner will handover the key on 16 Jun. So hopefully my reno will kick off on 18 Jun as planned. 11 days to GO! By the way, wife wanted to get additional system 2 to aircon our living and dining area. Suddently we read a lot bad reviews for ALLBEST aircon in renotalk forums .... wonder whether we should give up the deposit paid (S$350) and choose for other company. it is kinda risky to get a system 4 + another system 2 from a company with such bad reputations......

I bought mine around 1st week of May. I think most of the distributors knew about the promotion. Paiseh, I did not ask when the promotion will end. you may want to try to call them to check it out...

The bank requires at least one of the applicant is the owner of the property to be renovated. actually I just want to get ready everything before 2nd appointment. (such as getting reno permit from HDB, reno loan from bank, etc.) so that reno can start on the next day after completing my 2nd appointment..... By the way, how long will bank approve the reno loan normally ah?

Just want to ask how to produce proof of ownership when applying reno loan before 2nd appointment ah? My seller will move out after 1st appointment, that's why I may start reno before 2nd appointment. thanks

My wife wanted to give our two kids their own room and I want to keep my own study room. The end result is that we bought an EA in Pasir Ris in Feb 10. Now in the process of sourcing ID for reno.

Thinking of that now lol anyway, my wife and I want to have simple design.. no need to have very fancy one de .... because we got 2 kids at home, our home must be easy to maintain.
