Hi All, I have received some PM to request me to email photo of my house renovation done. so I guess it better for me to post in on forum, so that everyone can view and comment. It was done by my contractor and I find the workmenship is good. Most of my cabinet are suspended ; my shoe-shelf, kitchen cabinet and TV console, as I think it make easy for me to clean the house. For the kitchen, I refer to have more light, so I install with tamper glass, so it looks bigger and brigther. Feel free to comment. Thanks.

What I know from a contractor is that hdb or radac license need to in business for at least a year in order to apply. So they need to get order first before can apply. It ok if they provide good service and work. There are many hdb license contractor doing lousy job as well.

You just redo your house, and how sure that your new tile done by this new contractor will not crack after 4-6 yrs?

Under 5k is possible if u do not request some expensive surface top like marble and solid wood cabinet. My contractor recently finish one of my friend old house kitchen, and he take extra effort to reconnect the electrical cable and power ppint (he work as an engineer last time), which save her some money.

Nowaday, very few house install fridge base. It does not look good in the first place, and restricted the frige movement in case u need to service or relocate to another place. And the wrose if you decided to buy new fridge, the exisiting old base cannot fit it
