With the wiring done in advance, next is to do up the ceiling part to cover up the wiring trunkings... Our ceiling height is pretty low compared to other units at other floors... so nothing too fanciful on the dropdown ceiling.

Since we are doing a complete makeover of the house, we took the chance to re-wire the whole house. We included the telephone pbx wiring, cctv wiring, electrical wiring, speaker wirings and scv points wiring in the re-wiring process.

We decided to use 2/3 of the orig MBR as a walk-in wardrobe. So here's the partition wall process... The partition guys doing measurement and marking... Gunning the support metal structure base to the ceiling & wall.... Adding the rest of the structure... Pulling some electrical wires for the power & lights... Covering the partition boards now...

While the kitchen and toilets are in progress, the other rooms are undergoing cement screeding, in preparation for the parquet flooring in 5 days time... Kitchen's tiles! UP! Common Toilet's tiles! UP! UP!

Cover up the Bedroom 1 original door hole... MBR toilet wall is good now too... we shifted the original door opening more leftwards due to our design of the MBR room. waterproofing in action!

After clearing all the debris, it's time to patch things up... Wet (Masonry) works is next! cement screeding the common toilet... And the kitchen walls...

While the debris goes down, the tiles comes up! You have a package!

The common toilet's tiles and everything have to go! And down goes the kitchen wall since we wanted an "open feel" concept... And so is the balcony area... no walls! And linking up MBR and Bedroom 1, there goes the wall between them... The more we hack, the more shiok we feel, so down goes the Study Room's wall too!

It's time to HACK HACK HACK! There's goes the kitchen stove/basin area... And the living room marble tiles... And the MBR next... Together with bedroom 1... And the MBR toilet's bathtub's beneath was full of leaked water!!! Yikes!
