I'm using the rinnai instant model. The temperature is good for me. At first I have the same problem as your dad. But after experimenting with it, all you have to do is just to adjust the water flow and temperature settings. The water flow setting is misleading because it doesn't mean how much water is flowing out of your shower head, but rather a setting to let the gas fire-up. For my case, I have set it to very low.

Where can we find the bosch vacuum? I am thinking of getting one, and usually I see either the philips or electrolux model. Last I checked the electrolux model selling S$169 at Harvey norman last week.
