They do not have a hdb license, their service is quite good but their workers do not have ethics.

Hi, I am new to this forum and just bought our first flat. We are now looking at IDs to renovate. Has anyone engaged the services of Cheng Interior Design & Contracts ? their quotation is very attractive and one of the lowest i have seen but I cannot seem to find their hdb or radac license number (maybe that's why their prices are attractive?). I only see their registerd acra number. please do send in your reviews on this firm, that would be great help! Many thanks and happy new year to all!
