Anyway, thinking of settting up my main entrance area either with a thin shoe rack & roller bamboo blind, or a tall plant to create an exclusive area, which I saw all the rest of them in same unit (but different floor) did the same thing. Any lobang to get tall plants, roller bamboo curtains/partitions, etc? Want to make to something like a resort feel. Exploring bamboo partition as well. Something like this:

Went to 13 Sungei Kadut for the King Koil Sales today, (last day tomorrow: 2 Aug 10) Total damage: @ S$590 on the following items: - 3 x king sized quilt cover set (fitted sheet, quilt cover, 2 x pillow case and 2 x bolster case per set) - 1 x king sized micro fibre premium topper (2 inch thickness) - 6 x spare pillow case - 1 x king sized mattress protector - 4 x pillow protector - 2 x bolster protector - 1 x super single sized quilt cover set (fitted sheet, quilt cover, 2 x pillow case and 1 x bolster case) - 2 x super single mattress protector - 1 x king koil air flow bolster - 1 x latex car seat cushion - 6 x anti slip mat base - 1 x wall decal for daughter Also went to 29 Tai Seng St, Jackson's Designer Hub to get a 2.3m x 1.6m grey carpet at S$220. Was quoted 74k, but after changing and adding so many things, not sure now.... but it covers the following in broad: Overhaul entire house, all floor hacked and replace with new tiles, all cornice removed and false ceiling entire house, all windows changed to white powder coated casement window, all bedroom doors reposition and changed, main door re-veneer and main gate change. Both toilets hacked and re-do, with bath tub and concealed pipings. For Carpenrty. we make almost everything we can thing of (TV console for rliving and 2 x bedroom, dining tables and chairs, coffee table, shoe rack, entire living wall cabinet from main door to the other end, king sized bed for master, super single pull out bed for daughter's room, study table, bedside table, 4 x wardrobe, entire kitchen, bomb shelter rack, etc, etc.) Lynn handling the project, I focus in working. Whoahahahaaa....

So far paid $51,089.68 for both reno and items purchased... still got balance S44,951.00 confirmed payment yet to pay.... I guess still got things along the way... yet to count carpet, small items, bedsheets, etc, etc... Burst budget liao... must wait for 4D or Toto see got any luck liao.... Whoahahahahahaaaaa....

So how much for carpentry and purchasing? (Funiture, electrical appliances, etc, etc)? Got more than 100k?
