Hi,
I'm close to buying a new private apartment but there is a problem with the master bathroom - the toilet is leaking badly and has damaged the bathroom tiles as well as the master bedroom floorboards (see pix below). I suppose the pipes have burst? And the leakage must have been going on for some time. I will probably have to hack and redo the whole toilet as well as hack and replace the master bedroom floorboards. Does anyone have any idea how much this is likely to cost?
Any comments would be very helpful. Thanks!!
