Hey Simon Me similar to you. I was also born in tomato land and later move to yishun to become yishun kids. What's diff is that i finally shift to ulu town sengkang! I prefer north like AMK or yishun...so much more developed and better cheaper food!

That's a good price that you pay for a big unit....good bargain! I also recently bought a 4rm in Sengkang (not too far from you!) and will hv first appt on 19/4/2010...that's even longer! due to the HDB backlog and also cos the buyer of my unit needs to drag their first appt.... so likely i will start reno only somewhere in June but am very kiasu, started to gather data in RT

Anyone heard of Sanifresh paint by SKK? Saw their ad in Deco magazine and seems like very good cos they have anti-bacteria, anti-fungus, low odour, washable...etc..so many benefits, feeling a little too good to be true. Want to find out if anyone ever use this product and if it's good. Thanks!
