Agree. The priority is to get the existing jobs all done up but instead of that, I can only see him asking for new business. Wake up Jason or Florence. without fulfilling the existing jobs, u think u can still maintain a reputation decent enough for new houseowners to trust you? you have seen the power of forum when it help u get new business but without doing a good job, the forum is also the place where everyone will come to learn of your dirty tricks.

Yup, that's the one. from what I understand from him he is okay de leh. one forumner did only kitchen cabinet leh maybe he missed u out? u can prob call him up to check if u still interested in him. my budget is not big to start with also lah. seems like u doing more things than me.

depends on the size as well. urs is 3ft x 7ft or 4ft x 7ft? mine is the second one and pang giap quote me $480 onwards. contractors have quote between $550 - $680

Agree that reno is a very tedious process and I'm only at the sourcing stage! Imagine the buying of things at a later stage *faint* But hope u have a smooth reno and a swee swee house after that!!

met with Jason from FreshLook and Thomaz from Ken Home today. FreshLook is out as both hubby and I feel that cannot click with him and pricewise is the most expensive. Feel like a big fat carrot... Thomaz is ok, but if in terms of chemistry, we feel DX interior is still best. now waiting for the quote but likely we will settle with DX if price is ok. if not 2nd choice is Thomaz. sort of decided and so feels happier and one load lighter. next is to wait for seller to agree for us to bring our FSM up to the unit so that we can have a more accurate idea how things should look. then we can work out our other issues then.
