Yeap, love is all around here. from your case, I think u can go contractor and not ID....if u can manage time, go sub contractor direct and coordinate urself like what gimz did. if not get a main contractor and he do coordinating for u. but design wise, u got to be clear what u want. like my case, i go main con. u might consider overlaying tiles then u save a little on hacking. but provided ur tiles can be overlay. talk to more contractors and compare prices. kitchen cabinet, depending on ur exisiting one's condition. if condition is bad, changing is a must. if not, live with it. it definitely easier to change then tiles. by rite, ur wiring can wait. mine 8 yrs old, contractor say no need to change. prioritize is very impt for u rite now. good luck!

depends also lah, u c apple desktop. the monitor can go up pretty big. I used one before. really need those if u working on photoshop or illustrator software. that is one of the time where big is better. but true, eyes gets tired easily. banned, kids do tend to stick nearer to TV if u are not monitoring. u hv to take that into consideration unless u dun mind bespectacled monkeys at young age.

i've got the same basin mixer u hv for ur mbr toilet. shiok. all kids who came my house loved it and insist they want to do their "business" in my mbr toilet so that they can use the tap. LOL

nope no dressing table. I use the mbr toilet vanity as dressing table. i nv like having one. so my previous one also dun hv. i find it spacing-consuming...hehee..not the typical woman i think.
