  1. poor thing.... i agree with coldflamez...call up the company, they maybe able to change the hob for u since it's the salesman's fault.
  2. thanks, in fact my budget started to be below $20K cos din wanted to do alot of things but expectation changed overtime and budget as well...
  3. wah ur CFO is more fickle than me wor.... LED lights...shhh...dun let my boss hear that....$$ will be siong wor...so how u manage all in total 22k...i'm looking forward to c how it's going to be done.
  4. that is choosen by hubby and i feel ok with it so go with decision since he already give in alot of things. space between the hob and sink no choice cos i need to avoid toilet door for the hob. but no worrries lah, can put the food in other place. yeah, soft hinges too. laminates ok lah, within his range given to me...lol...in fact the tempered glass backsplash & lighting was recommended by him and hubby was won over. for illustration only lah...me still not that level to get smeg...
  5. me not total overhaul lah...my living room and bedroom flooring not doing and not doing any TV consoles....also diff lah...u ID me contractor...price sure diff mah. no, cos i choose alot of drawers. drawers more expensive mah.... and i bargain hard with him in fact might not be choosing industrial tap liao.
  6. yeah, jus as i guess LOL... gratz GG. how abt OM furniture?
  7. haha...thanks. i've promised Edmund not to divulge the breakdown of costs. but total reno is close to $26K.
  8. My 3Ds... edmund says I hv expensive taste....
  9. i saw the report liao. u really mei mei to me... so young....
  10. i know...but it's more for functional purposes....based on my usage experience for my previous kitchen.
  11. haha...no prob! Shall upload the pic when it's done
  12. yes, i'm using citigas. and oh, it can be done. Edmund showed me a showflat that has done it similarly. that is why I decided to do it this way. since it's 1 plate, guess u have to jus wipe dry and store immediately or air dry on the countertop...
  13. seems like home niche is cheaper by a bit... home niche is $379 or $399 and ezi lift is $400 plus IIRC... the earlier pages of by T-blog has the contacts of home niche.
  14. hongwen, yeah. likely we will either get home niche or ezi living to do a site consultation. i think i might jus do with a up down system...save some money.
  15. so we same lah... ya, if u wan to install the Hi-Dry u definitely need to use pincer when u hang out, that's a must wor. i cannot remember, for Ez Lift or the Home Niche one, are we able to remove the poles from the system if we wan to hang outside?
  16. the drawer to store the forks, spoons etc... is the slim drawer under the hob. no built in oven. it's a free standing microwave oven which Edmund draw the space according to my oven's dimension. i have seen the sample dish drainer his has in his office. i find the space is sufficient. I dun have much big plates.
  17. why sunday then decide. why not now leh? i think u already decided in your heart...
  18. so wat does this tells u? be singapore citizen lah...then u get grant liao.
  19. reuben didi...it's $600 plus wor... nguandi, in the end, likely we will just get the up down ones. not the push out ones... cos i took a look at the space infront of the window..dun think it's spacious enought to install this. i might get the up down ones and install parallel to the windows. so sun can still get to the clothes...
  20. My 3D without colours...cos I had asked Edmund to change the lower cabinets to drawers so this is a draft he had shown me. thought better upload this first since it seems like really alot ppl waiting for my 3D Edmund will be adding my laminates colours and floor tiles colours once i confirmed on those. the lower cabinet that is smaller will be installed with a song-cho pull out tray for my sauces and spices. It is designed like this cos my hob needs to avoid my common toilet door.... that's the only way we can go about....
