yes for normal cycle, front loader do take longer time to wash. but nowadays they hv quickwash function so aso no issue. and YES front loader uses less water

Well, give some take some lor. cos finance minister do really help with the chores at times. he agree for me to buy front load and decided on his own to install a pulley system for clothes hanger. he agreed on industrial tap but i decided myself in the end to forgo cos we r going to get single bowl, makes no sense to buy that since cleaning is easy will a normal tap unlike double bowl. finance minister also install tempered glass backing for my easy cleaning without me asking. so ok lor, irobot can give up since he agreed to some of my wants.

Where ah, Homefix have? el gor: i aso sayang the tiles wor, dam sim tia to drill holes unless necessary items like clothes rack. 25K budget is Zelly lah, mine no give budget but din wan to change tiles at first even though crack. But when we go c tiles for toilet and kitchen, he saw the glossy tiles that look a little like marble, he gian liao lor. Immediately tat nite call edmund to quote for hack and tile. *roll eyes* Edmund thought we tio 4D that's why change mind. I do like that to happen though.....hehe

haha... concern is half only...i aso thinking if this is good maybe can consider this. cos I'm thinking of getting shower accessories rack that dun hv to drill. am considering 3M racks and some suction racks which is pretty expensive in HomeFix but if this is nice and good then I might consider too.

she sianz max cos so far HDB reject all her proposal and appeal. now appealing. lucky me and hubby not tub ppl. cannot imagine where to put a tub in the small small toilet. prefer to go hotels to enjoy tub. big n spacious.

got got, changing all except kitchen wall tiles. reno cost already past 30k mark...me sim tia ah
