UPDATE - 11 JULY 2010 Went up today to meet up Edmund to discuss certain things and also make payment to him...forgot abt it cos suppose to pay when measure carpentry but he also forgot...hahaha... my gate is up liao, so are my carpentry work... granite top Edmund say shd be measured liao so they shd be in progress. if not tmr will come. Edmund says 3 of my lights got prob. sian....got to wait for electrician to dismantle then bring back A Lightings to change. will get my T5 while there. meanwhile this week Edmund will try to get electrican to do up all my switches and doorbell then ask plumber uncle to install the accessories soon. my bedroom door he will get the ppl to settle it and make it seems like nothing ever happened. hahaha...hope he keeps his promise for this. have confirm with Edmund my furniture is ok to come 24th. Electrical appliances will come later, maybe 31st, hubby say too early keep on & off the power when electrician do work, no good for the appliances. so ok lor, listen to him..... likely 24th cannot move cos of my aircon cannot come earlier than 20th...nvm...maybe we can settle on 1 Aug.....*pray* ok, let's not talk too much. pic time.. my WIW tall unit in kitchen with compartment for my microwave kitchen cabinets my cabinet under window my son's cabinet under window

hehe...u can find the pic of my dining set in my T-blog. it's a 1.35m black tempered glass table with aluminium legs and 4 chairs. price is $599 i only have 2 sets of day & nite curtains, out of which one nite curtain is double layer. I purposely ask Mr Chew to do curtains which is easy to maintain and machine washable.

get the tiler to do it. they are suppose to fill up the grout anyway... dun "pian yi" them hehehe...i am glad u had a very good experience with them...charles? i thought eric is the only sales guy there? din get to meet this charles guy before, maybe when delivery i get to see him i also look forward to my delivery...their dining sets looks very good and price good too.. yeah, mr chew very nice, we like him too. jus that he sometimes sound blur..haha... initial he quoted me $830 for all my curtains & blinds but hubby want to hv more sound absorption in study room so mr chew suggest double layer for that room's nite curtain. so final price for my curtain is $900. dunno abt the FOC cushion, so far a few got it. hope i get it too, it will definitely look good on my sofa I will definitely post on my T-blog, everyone is asking abt it. shd likely be asking him to come on 24th to install. watch out for it then!

yup me too, no time to coordinate. initially wan to DIY project management and get sub con myself like ossify but buay sai leh, too busy. even now, i always depend on Edmund to do checks n i try to check when back from work. luckily for me new place near where i'm staying now so easier to coordinate and check.

i basically stayed throughout, except lunch time for the installation of trunking. hubby shall be ard during installation of blower and compressor. we took 3 upon contractor's request. 1 day dismantle (this one we not ard cos not necessary), 1 day trunking, 1 day install blower. Aron was nice to accomodate us.

wow early leh, see if i will be down for breakfast at that time or not...hehe...rite now staying at MIL place and it's beside anchor green. hehehe u shd know which one... still dunno 24th eh sai bo.... cos my aircon can only come 20th to install the blower, afterwhich then Edmund can do 2nd coat paint... hopefully can lah...

ya, he is not the cheapest, but definitely not the most ex. the reason why i chose him is same lor, good attitude n service. the head installer who came inspection sounds pro and give advice when we voice our concerns. Sam....i din ask their name. but it's a young cute malaysian chap who is very polite rite? shd be the same one then if that's the case...he quite nice. his china colleague was plastering the holes and was not making very nicely cos he thought we doing plastering so he jus covering the hole. once he knows that i not plastering my walls, he took over from his china colleague and make nice nice for me. but same advice to u.... regardless who is installing, even the very gd ones, make sure u r around when they install so that quality can be ensure.

why did it peel? what paint u use? i used blue tack many times no such prob leh... ya, can give rough idea how much it cost?

erm......wifey good in music rite? so far my hubby still normal leh but one thing, he dun like to teach his own son. it's ppl like us who "waste" money then ur wifey can earn mah...lol..... but can understand lah, ppl who dun like music will find it buay tahan. my nephew say boring after a few lessons.
