It's true lor, cos her side has the flexibility and FSM has to depends on the bazi and auspicious date, timing blah blah. Not everytime there is an auspicious date suitable for u leh. First you double check with your FSM whether is there a second date he can give you. normally if there is available he will willingly let you know one lah. tell him your contractor not able to finish on time so is unable to move in. BUT, dun let Florence know. Tell her die die this date must HO. let her work it out herself, since she is the one who delay in the first place. what FSM no good. IT'S HER NO GOOD LOR!

Starhub is more stable, IMHO. The 3 months which I had miotv I vomitted tons of blood just cos I wan to watch shows and it's not even mio channels, it's TV8. The hub takes **** long to boot up then when it starts can suddenly blackout due to signal prob then got to reboot and all that crap. called in the singtel technician, they changed something but again back to square 1. so we returned immediately once 3 months is up. basically my starhub tv is now mainly tune to Playhouse disney channel everyday! My friend also switch from starhub broadband to singtel and is complaining non-stop about it since day 1. seems like for his case, singtel broadband is more crappy then starhub!

I have starhub and previously mio when they offer free usage for 3 months. believe me, I LOVE my starhub more after that 3 months.

Yeah, know what you mean. I am starting to get quotes in and some of them sound so pro over the phone and basically leaving me good first impression. The headache will come when we shortlist and start discussion with them to have revised quote and the final deicison on The One. At least you finished that part and will be looking forward to enjoying your new house. My headache just started....
