boringgal, i agree with pinklady. my upcoming unit is 8 yrs old and initially i wanted to overlay. but my contractor says the waterproofing is old liao so dunno if it is wearing off so if overlay and leak, u have to hack and redo which equals to more $$! no point wasting that money and time to redo rite? since you want to do might as well do swee swee and heart pain once rather than pain twice. you can try ah keong. angteko is using him and says he is gd. i hv the contact but not with me now cos at office. if u dun mind waiting, i can send u the number late late tonite or tmr nite.

u can go look up straits times classified. sometimes they hv adverts for commercial equipment...2nd hand as well...though i rmb seeing a old old equipment shop along the stretch opp Singapore Casket....

can lah...i'm talking about the one month confinement lah...ONE MONTH leh... also, like what england say, after which showers would always be chop chop fast fast cos got to look after kiddo. unless the hubby helps babysit lor while the wifey sings in the shower...LOL

btw, any good recommendation on T5 lights? Edmund propose i do something like this for my kitchen counter and also the toilet... so want to find out which one is cheap and good. me zero knowledge abt this type of lighting. is it energy saving or energy wasting?
