Argh....seller still cannot give me a definite date that the house will be vacant. I think likely can only get keys on 31 May...hubby is starting to worry that the seller cannot vacate on time.... i told him I've given told seller that the latest we start reno is on 31 May itself so no delaying of handover. Even my contractor also kan chiong abt starting and keep asking if seller able to let us early reno...

Weekday nites they are also open. I was there till 8 plus and he is still open. no people on weekdays evening so u can slowly take ur time to choose n talk to eric

yes, they also do catalogue sales though their furniture in the retail space is slightly more than S&C. according to eric, his price for univonna is generally cheaper than u buy direct from univonna. my suggestion to you and what we we are going to do is to go univonna and try then get price to compare. so that when u talk to eric, u have a better idea.

go and u can check out their prices and go Hommage to compare. Hommage is giving pretty decent prices and Eric is not pushy. He even asked us to go Univonna to try the sofa before deciding. We r looking at the 3 seater with the adjustable headrest.

Things we not sure he is ever ready to provide answers and suggestions. In the end, we bought a dinning set and a TV console from him. Will be getting sofa and study room wardrobe too but need to go do measurement for wardrobe and try the sofa at Univonna as hubby wants to have a feel of the sofa before confirming. We had bad experience before now guai liao. someone u dunno can scold them and make sure they give u quality. friends ah....got to give face or risk jepodizing the relationship. whatever they charge u extra, u cannot really complain. dun lah....since u like plush and i think it's within ur budget then ok lah...go with plush.
