this sat we r going to hv a **** of a busy day. the 4 deliveries are coming....the plumber is coming to fix the accessories n WC, the electrician is coming to fix up some other points and also the lightings that we wan to change. on top of that, my hubby's working. OH MY GOD! I am officially "superwoman" for saturday.

that was the original idea, to hv a cosier living rm.....nvm long story....hubby now say need white white super white light for the TV area so that when we watch TV eyes wun spoil n wun be tired one of the reason that it is dim wuld probably be because we took the warm white for this LED light and the 3 pcs is really dim. ( it wuld definitely be fantastic for a dining light). oh well....

mylica, welcome to the DX family. did u say that to him? i shall make the best of it then! but then so far work is good, and those that need rectification need to jus tell him and he will arrange. he does not shun away from all these. BTW, the lobang in my veneer door is fixed. Kudos to the door guy, making magic!

today i feel so sad...ever since the lights was up, hubby has been complaining the living rm ones look very dim... this was echoed by my SIL n his friends. so in the end, we decided to switch the crystal light to the doorway point and to buy another light which is BRIGHTER N WHITE for the TV area. the 3 pcs LED light will be confined to the storeroom until further notice this cost further $$ to buy the light and installation....

finally, yeah!!!

haha, thanks jupiter home! yeah, am pretty satisfied till date. a few rectifications needed to be done but I believe Edmund will get them done up nicely.Will reserve my final reviews until everything is done up. ya, am pretty upset that the dx thread is closed, still cannot accept the reason behind closing when nothing is really being done...

I've jus asked my contractor, he say it's better to get the filtration guys to do cos worry later plumber spoil the system cos they seldom do this type of installation, not familar. ya, u check with ur contractor.

yeah, went back next day with hubby to get the study room carpet..needed that for his music lessons.. got the fineness series 1.6 x 2.3m @ $100. brown beige.

hi froggy, i hv used to 3M products and they are fine. my mum also used it for yrs in the bathroom and they work perfectly till now. main thing is u hv to follow the instructions to let the tape set before putting the things. this will ensure that the tape will hold. I will be using the bathroom caddy from 3M in my toilets too. BTW, ur hyflux will u be asking ur contractor to install or the hyflux ppl will install?

no use. final decision made. and hubby dun wan put carpet in living rm. he's aso thinking for me lah cos more carpet = more work for me... the one i bought aso **** soft lor. once hubby touch he love it! the colour is nice too so i ok ok lor. it will match our furniture. that's the most impt. hahahaha

he must be thinking u not kan chiong cos it's a change from kan chiong me!whahaha I was choosing tiles, again n again way way before reno starts...one month in adv in fact! so hor to him u still hv not start choosing is considered buay kan chiong liao...hahahaha... ur toilet floor tiles was one of my considered tile. but in the end chose another over that cos feel that it's too rough. still hv a rough tile but less rough than urs. ur tiles are nice.looks like there are many more new tiles ah..... i believe u went to the balestier branches. the defu main branch of hup kiong has some tiles which balestier dun hv. in fact my green toilet tile was found at hup kiong defu. i felt so lucky that i insisted going to that branch! but harfary defu branch i dun like....**** dao, the sales people...

hey gal, glad u got a good offer. as of today, already 6 own the stellar series (you, neo, mahjongace, gals_mama, zelly & giraffe) and out of this 6, 5 own the same colour....LOL but i agree, this colour is nice, only cos my "old fashion" boss say dun wan. why the plumber did not inform his assistant the changes leh? like that buay sai leh, must make sure they rectify swee swee for u!
