Chipee: I have 2 bowl (1 slightly smaller) as I want to put the scotch sponge there. 1 bowl space limited and I am fine with this.....sometimes when Edmund advice certain thing we can say NO if we dont like. For instant, my toilet cabinet colour Edmund chosen for us and it turns up not nice at all and he also admit doesnt look nice but what to do, done already.... No, I didnt go to LUSH as they are pretty high end leh and I dont wish to spend soooooooo much $$$$$ now. Maybe 3 years down the road, I hack my toilets wall n floor tiles and make the place much nicer...hehehhe....or maybe 5 years down the road I sell Pinnacle and either downgrade or upgrade...hehehhehe...so minimum spending now as doesnt worth to throw in too much $$$ if we intend to sell later as others might not like our concept, get me? I always believe that no brand doesnt mean that they are no good.

For toilet/kitchen accessories - go Poh Joo at Jln Besar and also you can go to IMM Song Cho 3rd level which I bought the Welmi brand for all my toilet towel bars n kitchen since they are guarantee for lifetime rust but of course you pay abit more but i think it is worth it. There is another brand call Kris which is also lifetime rust guarantee which you can get it from Hoe Kee.

hahhahhaha....yes, it is pretty windy and normally when I cook I have to close the service yard n windows leh......if you didnt have door for kitchen then when u switch on the aircon the hall wont be cool leh.... Chipee: Not necessary u have to put your dining table in front of the altar leh - u can put it right at the end of the corner, cant you do that? If not your kitchen really very cramped u know......I put my dining table right to the end though my Guan Yin can still see us having our dinner but isnt it good for our Buddha to bless u even if we are having our meals?

As I have an aircon unit for my living room near to the entrance of the hallway, i hide my door bell there so that no one noticed that...I just dont like too many things protruding out since I have false ceiling. I really worried on this Opennet thing and I really hope that they can run the wiring inside the false ceiling. Hey, post the pic when u fix yours ok...i havent make appointment with Opennet yet....

What I meant earlier was if we get BSC to do it, it is FOC and if we get Edmund to do it then we are being charge - that's for sure as contractor tends to make $ from us if not how to survive. We as the owner if we can save we will try to and obtain everything FOC but guess there is nothing really free in this world lah. I guess BSC do it FOC for us because they didnt do a proper job earlier...anyway, Edmund does throw in some freebies lah..... Is he giving u any?

Today I got BSC to rectify my bomb shelter door - soooooooooooo hard to close and really need to use force...how can my parents and in laws close it if they do not have strength to do it? Luckily they agreed to change the rubber since they have already rectified once...hehehhehe... Also ask them to touch up on my bed rooms door since there are soooooooo many scratches around as Edmund didnt get his workers to protect my bed-rooms door leh.....

Wow! Such a big fridge ah? I only get a small fridge from Sharp - good enough for us already...hehehhehe.....

Wow - so many cabinets inside the kitchen - dont forget that our kitchen is soooooooooo small and if you have too many cabinets you will have lesser room to move around....I hate the design of the kitchen and service yard which is so small and dark....i wonder the corner unit faces the same problem?

Blue: Btw, where did you get the stopper for your store-room? I need one for my kitchen door since it is soooooooooo windy and I am afraid my glass swing door will bang onto my granite leh....thanks! How much did you pay for it ah?

Did you ask Edmund to do yr kitchen cabinet? The normal L-shaped type of cabinet? Granite or solid top?

My panasonic door bell cost ard $29 and I got Edmund electrician to hide it near to the hallway at the aircon...no one can see unless you are sharp...hahhahah....

Grace: If you need wall decal for your bomb shelter, PM me and I give you my friend contact which is quite reasonable. His quote includes material + application. I am still considering whether to have some wall decal on my glass swing door or just get Jason to do paste some frosted film.

Gals, pls come back to reality lah! If we have a place like this in Singapore, we dont have to worry designing but just pay $$$$$$$ n leave it to the designer and we just shake leg n go for manicure, mahjong, salon. Everything done then move in liao...hahhahahah...I believe just do it within our means and dont broke our piggy bank that much which resulted to slogging to death later....get what I mean? Of course, everyone of us likes to have our dream home but sometimes our piggy bank doesnt permit us ...maybe we will work harder now and try to save some $ n do it maybe 2-3 years down the road and we have another new theme to our home. hehhehehe.....
