Orange only abit abit lah - just some lining only but majority is white laminate w black granite.....orange just to make it refreshing - that's the right word that you have described it! hehhehehe....Visualise that the tempered glass is light greenish colour as proposed by Edmund - I dont want black glass as my kitchen already quite dark already u know - luckily got the 2x40W lights from Lights Arcade leh......

Blue: Any recommendation to get a brighter stand lamp? need one for my MBR since the energy saving light is not that bright for my MBR but ok for the rest of the rooms. My Joven 25L heater really bulky n we have to take 2 bar of our pull hanger down, if not cant use it at all as the heater is blocking the way. Sianzzzzzzzzzzz I am also asking Edmund to remove the 2 water heater switch which is useless at 2 toilets since the main switch is at the living room now. Edmund cant make the switches work at the toilet as he said it is stupid CES that design it. No choice lor.....

Just came back from Pinnacle and realised that alot of lights are up - hmmmm...more n more units have moved in.....

Today the plumber came over to our unit to fix up all the toilet accessories n change the PVC water pipe to chrome. He also give us an opening outlet for our bidet spray for our common toilet - I just went to see and it is pretty good! If I want to do vanity top with cabinet at my MBR toilet then will have to buy a new sink n mixer as the currrent one cant install vanity top. Then I tell Edmund forget it since need to change n also cost will be added too. Maybe wait for another 5 years down the road to sell Pinnacle n buy condo.....hahhahahha.....

Hi Tleng: You can always get your ID to clean up the place after they have done up your place since they are supposed to. Dont expect CES to clean up for you! Yes, alot of switches at Pinnacle n I didnt intend to remove them since Edmund has already fix up all my lights. I only re-adjust the switch at the kitchen to the right corner - the rest maintains.....if not, you will have to pay the relocate points to your ID.

Grace: I would prefer to have LCD TV rather than plasma. Any robang there?

Blue - kudos to Edmund and he managed to solve my problem on this bidget spray for my common toilet. He will get his plumber to have another opening on the water pipe outlet just underneath the sink and when we want to wash the toilet then we put in the spray n use it. If we dont wash the toilet, keep the spray so we wont see the long long bidget spray hanging there as eyesore everytime we enter the common toilet. We dont have an issue on our MBR toilet.

Really sick of it on the bidget spray as my ID called me this morning and said that we can do what fftw has done but we will have to face water leakage risk in the future if any as they need to drill inside the water tank. If we dont intend to drill then we will have to run the water pipe v long n makes the toilet v ugly. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh....guess if we dont want the risk n eyesore of the running pipe then we cant install bidget spray at common toilet already....VERY MAD ON THIS!!!! Never never use CES in future for your next new house......

Ok, will try to look around again for best deal. Btw, what type of chair are you using for your study room? Would those office type of chair with wheel leave us lots of scratches on our parquet?

Just back from Pinnacle to inspect CES job but today again they didnt do a nice job n called up the supervisor and he promised he will get his workers to do it one more time for me. Really tired of complaining leh... Btw, MBR toilet got bth mixer but no mixer for common toilet....stupid design lor - I wonder how to wash the common toilet as cant install bidget spray so got to use the shower head to wash toilet leh...stupid right?

Hi Tleng: u really kiasu ah - havent do reno but bought all your stuff ready....but good for you to get such good deal... If Samsung got 42"TV I will sure grab but they dont have leh, 40, 46 lor...but my ID said for my feature wall 42" TV is perfect lor.....

I think Best Denki still have some promotion but dont know whether similar to tleng - u can always check it out with Best. Last weekend I nearly bought a 42" Sharp TV and they do have 0% installment but decided to hold till Comex which I may be able to get a better offer.

Tleng: ARe you going to install aircon? If you are then pls discuss in detail with your ID on this as this is the similiar problems face by all Pinnacle owners how to run the ugly piping. If not, you will see very ugly trunking n piping running around and you will have to box them up. Good luck!

I got my fridge n washer from Gain City but yet to buy TV and my ID said 42" TV just nice to put my feature wall. Since I still have another $100 voucher from Gain City, may go down to view and pick in March. Comex coming in Mar so I can wait to buy cheap cheap.
