Hi Mr Anything How's the renovation going so far? I noticed their company keep changing, from Ideal House ID, to ideal house.com pte ltd, and now ideal house21.com pte ltd... so which company name you are paying to? And what is the company name written in HDB reno permission?

I noticed this too from their namecard which says idealhouse.com.sg. Does this mean we cannot lodge complain against them if they aren't HDB registered?? Anyone dealt with Kevin Yap before? And now the name card I got from them is written idealhouse21.com Pte Ltd, fishy isn't it? Their quotation is cheapest amongst I got so far, but this cheap price + company name really bothers me, thinking not to engage them but go for other ID that maybe quoted me few hundreds more
