Ideas : 100% - very good in giving many ideas Price : 80% - in terms of materials to materials i feel that they are giving alot of better stuffs at the same price what others are offering. Workmanship for tiles : 90%-good! nice workmanship Workmanship for carpentry: 95% - very fine work by their guys. soft closing for all cabinets feels good. able to have selection of inner colour again live up to their company name. Service : 90% - The best so far. very on the ball. On Time : 100% - 5 days before deadline very happy with them Attendance : 80% - every 2days will see him once at site in the morning. caught him doing spot checks on workmanship even on sunday morning Site : 80% - very clean not messy at all only the first week abit cant take it. therafter clean site Showroom : Office located at bukit batok. it is more towards office style nothing much to see in office except tons of design books. 1 word Messy. maybe that is what most designer office look like many design books, many drawings. i wonder y don't they do it like a showroom. since the office is big enough. Designer Repo: Fr from renotalk and others site very good. don't have problem with most clients for what i know. mostly all refferral base clients, that say it all. Electrician: - very g00d with at hiding all cables. willingness to help fix lots of things. price, ok $130 more then normal quote. Painting work: 80% - painting is fine with me. came back to touch up once. not much issuse for me. Overall rating : 85% - Pro in design, Pro in colour selection, Good in helping to settle many things. Take good care of my place. good help in budget control. No major issue. Overally, reno was hassle free. like the way they go round help us doing things that should not even be in their workload. very friendly. just that at the start abit hard to get discount but once signed up, the discount of freebis just keep pouring in without us asking of it. CLC is a True Design Firm where they don't mind to throw in more stuff for free if they feel that that will make the place looks better. Hats off them. any easy way to post photos? asking me to do a t-blog is like killing me. unless Clc pay me some comission lol. Ang you can sell you T-blog to Clc already. so many ppl follow up. good for them lol

ya they are not in radac, radac is like a country club for the renovation company. its to have not a must have. i went to radac website and got shock at the amount they need to pay. which all this cost will end up back to our side lol. Ang ...... Ang..... Ang.... so envy you. house warming must have buffet ya. i want pizza

Wow.. at first the box (Tv cabinet) looks funny. now with wall paper really looks Wow. u are using alot of wallpaper. how much it cost u? i like the small panel of wallpaper at kitchen but will it get wet? did you chose the wallpaper and wall colour urself? i remember u saying that u chose the colour scheme with your wife so you didnt use Clc colour scheme? the whole house now really looks very nice. you must be happy that your place so fast finishing and it looks so wow. your wardrobe looks ok any bigger you need a bigger wall or a bigger house lol. so red is your thing lol care of becoming a "Bi" lol.

Don't mind me asking how many free gifts and what are the things did clc give you? from reading the post seems like a number of big things they giving. i wonder why i didnt get such big items all i got was 2 full height mirror for bathroom and 3 bedrooms doors.

yes going to start posting my photos already now in the state of messy. lots of cabinet in my living room. i add sanding to my room timber flooring that is why they have got to carry out all cabinet to living. Ps to give them a last minute notice on the flooring.

Better not to buy any furniture first. get your id to help u select the colour for you will works better.

Lucia good eye can see the colour. got many colours to chose i think about 15 - 20 colours but yes you are right mostly wood colour. grey and black. i like the black colour but it will not match my woody design so i stick with the chery wood colour. now my house full of cabinets around. i took some photos already later will up load it. after today all ceiling works will be finish. then install cabinets and painting thats all. thinking back i did so little things for my renovation compared to yours. when yours takes such a short time to finish. really envy you. looking at your post. if really they finish on the given date as you said, all they took was 1 month that is really fast. for what i know the time frame should be around 2 months.

He (Leslie) like tat one. cause he want to plan his work nicely and also due to the number of job his company handling thats why, main thing is that they dont take in more then they can as what Ang said also so planning for them is a must which is also good for us in a way. i envy Ang's renovation so fast. i think coming 1 month only lol. but you also getting your keys soon right? it is also about time to decide don't end up like our friend Ang, so last minute then need to rush alot lol. anyway since you already got your id, do get him to move things fast so that you will not do last minute shopping and end up with many stock shortage like Ang. What to do if you want to pay slow then they also need money to pay their workers so the job will be slower. the 3rd payment from my contract is to be paid up b4 the measurement of cabinets works. but yours i see that cabinets already installed then they collect the payment. if not it should be earlier lol. the banner so small i also dun know what is it for, maybe for his workers or other companies to see lol your place really very fast. my friend went to check your t-blog ,she was shock that the day you put in t-blog and the things that are already done up. sure will refer to clc afterall can tell that they really put in effort in our renovations. my side i hope that things will move well. silly management is killing me. yesterday saw leslie at my place talk to him abit heard that he is slowly expanding his company. i think after your incident with the arzoina, leslie is thinking of getting his very own range of lights fittings, Wc ,fans and etc to sell. he say in this way he can do price control and also easy for him to arrange replacment .

Just finish checking out your T-blog. really very fast the way they work, till date only 2 weeks they already finish up so many things. you must be very happy with them lol. they do things fast ask payment also fast, like this i still can accept if other company do things slow but ask money fast. ya you are very right that we are lucky to have CLC doing our renovation. i went to their office, i was shock. so small office nothing to see. but when it comes to design and start of renovation, they are indeed the pros. very fast with well controlled workmanship. i am referring a friend to them as well, will ask them check your t-blog. the feeling CLC given me - small company with many elites/Design over profit. Impress by them. oh ya and a joke, my management do not allow the banner of CLC to be hang out of my window. so no free marketing for them lol.

lucky for you. mine delay alot my management is giving jack alot of problem and the time they give jack to work is like 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. jack threw about 7 guys each day but still alot of work stop by management due to lower level complaint that we are too noisy. my cabinets all at my place already but cant install yet cause still got some things have not complete. The management say no to alot of things but whenever i am around they just sa yes to everything. i think mine is the hard job for jack. lucky he is very on, help handle many things.

Jack ya very beng but also very funny guy sometime really dont know what he talking about. always with a happy mood. What is he doing in your place? isnt leslie the once doing your place? that is nice in a way that he treat your home like his home. drawers? u mean u do 1 more set of drawers for kitchen? if yes there sure got prices different 2 door become 1 set drawers that is big that track they using is it also soft closing? if yes the price ok already. i went for a quote last time (which do cabinet only) they said kitchen cabinet 1 set drawers wardrobe also 1 set anything more will be charge at 50 per drawer = 1set 150. i think its the way more wood being use. for corner i am not so sure. this has always been a big ? i seen a few fourm talking about alot of id charge as per normal some will deduct 1ft at most. anyway he did deduct out so ok lo.about the up-grade sure he only throw in when he want the design to look better. who will anyhow throw up-grades for free right? at the veay least he still throw in to up-grade his design which is better then nothing lol. rewiring works i already got the quote for that and mostly will stick with him, cause i am not doing the whole house and if anything goes missing in the house i know who to blame. dont want to struck in between them. i dont think the wiring works can nego he just bring the contractor in and we pay the contractor direct so dont think can fight with clc for lower price cause they not in-charge. as for the drawings LOL their terms is that if not confirm cant share. once confirm, its yours so no worries ahha. all the legal terms sound so scary right. by looking at the photos, they work very fast only two days most of the things all gone already. you saw lucia post? they throw in 8 ppl to work at her place each day. thats alot of ppl. i very excited now, jack keep on ask me relax just throw the whole house to them and they will solve all problems without us even knowing that there is a problem haha. hope they will deliver their words. but so far they are ar man of their words for most of us here. and most of the problems like cabinet inside they all plan nicely for us which really didnt give us any big headache so till now still feel very good about them. but your project seem to have alot of things no stock haha you never pray before renovate lol.

Design is something very hard to say nice or not. as long as you like it can already. maybe so like wood feel some like bright feel but that does not make your design not nice. typical i dont think so. the laminate you using for your cabinet i never see it in any design books before. dark tiles saw some but still very rare. Tv console with that wall paper i will say its very very daring. the tv console looks simple and also very clean look. i dont think typical is a good word. kitchen cabinet ya very normal but black wall tiles not that normal. as long as you like it, thats the most important thing.

My project is handle by jack. Cant really blame him on the carrot head if i am the one who spend time to think of all design and was taken away just like that, me too will be piss off. ya he told me about the colours which he chose is always the best he can match. so when its our turn to chose, we cant find anything at all. he let just do the selection but none seems to be better then his selection. you change your mind so much he sure headache, and the worst part is that after you change here and there but still end up using his first design ha ha ha so funny. something about leslie design, it seems so simple yet the construction of it is so hard. i think jeremy help him out alot when it come to construction. i think very low chances he will help my friend. did you check out his website the red tv console? that was like so different i love that house he did very very nice. the next time if i refer any friends to them i will help push alot dont want to end up like my friend now.

LOL still got banner. they really take every chance to market also. we should charge them marketing cost lol. Cant wait to have them place banner at my place too. 10 days more to go.

not sure if Clc still want to take the job. leslie abit yaya when it comes to design. and the worst part is that my friend took his floor plan design to go let others run quote. morever Clc design manager jeremy is not around so who can help to handle so many projects.

As what ang said they are willing to take up the step to help us. thruout the past few meetings with them, they have shown that they are very willing to help us save money and also trying to build their repo thru us. till date still feel that we are the lucky ones. they are very easy to talk to in both prices and design. only at the start they tend to stay firm to the quoted price, after we sign up, they try to up-grade our things by giving us a even better things at a very low cost close to none. they are also open to what they earn. Jack told me that they have a line that if over earn, they then help us to up-grade our things for free. this is very up front of them and i love them for that. not easy to find Ids doing that nowadays. My project will be handle by the Jack now cause jeremy went to re-service for 3 weeks. Ang i think your project manager will also change better to ask who is handling your project. I refered a friend to Clc but they didnt sign up with Clc, they feel that the quote was high. i told them that Clc is the company with no hidden cost but still they took others at 23k plus. after only 10days, their quote shoot up to 30k which is 3k more then Clc they took our contract to compare but the id told them CLc is doing at cost price or earning at less then 1k if Clc if really giving all the things stated in the contract. come bro. which company will do at 0 profit or 1k profit for a 2 months job i heard from CLc that they are earning about 3k from my renovation which means they the others are earning coming 6k. big jump. now they want to cancel the contract but have to pay a fine. poor them. got cheated. dont know to pity them or what. told them that dont always go for the lowest price. if Clc dare to charge at rate, sure they can do that kind of job for you. and what more 3k more but all the soft closing and others good things all dont have. I am now asking leslie if he can help out to solve this issuse, they are a good friend of mine. really sad to see them at yesterday outings feeling so sad and all stress up. To be true, Clc prices are not really that low, its more or less the market price only that they tend to give better things. which make the overall looks good and cheap. and the services they provide till date really nothing to say. I am not saying that all should go for Clc but at least do know what you are getting into. what kind of people you are dealing with and do you trust them. never just look at the prices and not know what they are offering. my exp with Clc has being very great and i hope every others will also have a good exp. so far i can only say that the services of Clc is good. for workmanship info that will be a later part.

Oh right so you are the one let lead Leslie screaming in ***. i went with leslie to buy things there on sunday and leslie say he got things to settle ended up screaming at the two managers of ***. we got shock like **** see him talk to us so soft but can really blow his top off. Prices for *** i feel so so compared to balestier. only thing is that they have got GST. the diff in ours is about $200 to max 250 diff. Maybe its the commission for Leslie. If the money is for leslie as commission we dont mind because he spend 3++ hrs with us over there really selecting everything and slowly go thru all. afterall if we go buy ourself, we too are not sure what to buy and can it be use. apart from them being so busy they still spend solid time for our things and not just go there anyhow buy and spend 1 hr (which we saw other IDs went in fast come out fast lol) I think he is good to stand up for you, you should be there to see the show, like warcraft having war haha. Leslie also told them if they still dont look into it, he will bring us walk out right away. he can be very firm. For fickle minded i have not feel that yet. just that even after we sign up with him he still like to find free up-grade for us which i think again very good, as most others will just stick with whatever confirmed and not waste time looking for better things for us at no cost. maybe like what you said, he is really in love in design more then just earning.
