I planing to install a overhead shower, heard that have to install storage-type of water heater to achieve the water pressure. Is that true? And also heard that even if the house is less then 6 people it is still cheaper as instant water heater consume a lot of electricity.

I m thinking of using gas water heater storage instead of electricity, is there any pro & con? Wat I noe is that the gas water storage tank is cheaper & consumption is also cheaper from running electricity. I heard something like have to install piping outside the bathroom if going to use gas, is this true? Anyone using pls advice. Thanks. k

wat i noe is that its suck up the air with oil in it filter the oil and let the air out, so that the kitchen wouldn't be so oily.

Hi, Heard that some of my relative and friends said that the Exhaust hood is uesless, as the kitchen will still be 70% oily as usual. Is it true? Any way to lessen the oiliness in the kitchen except stop cooking:) Thanks.

Hi all, I m getting my 4rm flat soon, its new BTO. Got a real tight budget, so thinking of getting laminated flooring as it is cheaper, and its nicer that means can buy lesser furniture. I am looking at something lighter color, probably light rustic grey color would be nice. But I saw lots of people use color similar to more wood or brown color for their flooring, so jus wanted to ask around is there a risk of take some unusual color for my floor. Is the lighter color more disadvantage than darker ones? Can anyone pls advise? Thanks.
