Hi, i am renovating my HDB bathrooms now and I saw your piping box up with access vents in this picture below. Would like to ask you where u got the access vents or was it already installed by HDB when u got the flat?

Does anyone recommend using a sealant to paint the HDB toilet pipes before boxing up? I am tiling up the gypsum boards but will be having access grills made under the gypsum boards to access the pipe valves if needed. But I worry that with time and humidity, mould will accumulate in the pipes. Will painting the pipes with sealant help avert mould and bacteria?

Is anyone using this WC? I am told by 2 sellers that this brand has flushing mechanism problem... but I also heard that rival Arino Caprio by Genova also face the same flushing mechanism problem.. Has anyone face the problem?

My house has rockstone blasted on all the walls including the ceiling! I was quoted $800 just to plaster the ceiling of the living and dining rooms! To plaster the whole house walls and ceiling would probably run to thousands... so now we got no choice but to live with the rock stone walls. Wondering if wall paper can work on rock stone walls???

When yours arrive, can I check it out? My renovations will start next week and carpentry expected to be end March. So I am thinking to order it only beginning of March.

I wanted to hide my LPG tank in the corner of the kitchen cabinet and have the pipe extended to the stove, but access is a problem unless we built the corner not as a right angle but more like a triangle... worried also about ventilation of LPG tank. Any tips and advice available?
